A ransom demand was reportedly issued with a response deadline of March 30, 2026.

By April 13, 2026, a searchable database containing the compromised information was publicly posted online on databreach.com, reportedly including more than 12 million records. ZenBusiness has not publicly confirmed the breach nor its scope and the matter remains under investigation.
