What Happened?

On September 25, 2024, Treasure Health became aware of unusual activity on its email tenant. Upon detection, Treasure Health launched an investigation with the assistance of a third-party cybersecurity firm to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party may have accessed personal and protected health information contained within affected email accounts. Treasure Health is conducting an ongoing investigation and review to determine what information was impacted and which individuals were affected. On September 19, 2025, Treasure Health filed a notice with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office for Civil Rights and announced that it would provide notice letters and credit monitoring to affected individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
  • Names;
  • Social Security numbers;
  • Dates of birth;
  • Demographic information;
  • Driver’s license numbers;
  • Financial account information;
  • Medical information; and
  • Health insurance information.
