On February 2, 2025, The Siegel Group became aware of a security incident on its internal network. Upon detection, The Siegel Group launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cyber security experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to and may have copied files stored within its network between January 28, 2025, and February 2, 2025. The Siegel Group conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On March 31, 2025, The Siegel Group identified persons whose sensitive data was included in the impacted data. On March 31, 2025, The Siegel Group made a public disclosure and started sending out notice letters to the impacted individuals.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:

  • State identification card,
  • Alien registration number,
  • Direct deposit account number,
