Through its investigation, on February 20, 2025, Stetson & Koenes confirmed that an unauthorized third party had accessed sensitive personal information. Stetson & Koenes conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On March 31, 2025, Stetson & Koenes filed a notice with the Attorney General of Massachusetts and started sending out notice letters to the impacted individuals.
