What Happened?

On March 15, 2025, SRAM became aware of suspicious activity in its network. Upon detection, SRAM promptly took steps to secure its systems and launched an investigation to determine the nature and scope of the event. The investigation revealed that data on certain SRAM systems may have been accessed or acquired without authorization between March 6 and March 15, 2025. SRAM conducted a review of the affected data to determine what information had been impacted and to identify the individuals affected. On March 26, 2025, SRAM identified individuals whose personal information was involved. On April 10, 2025, SRAM filed a notice with the Attorney General of Vermont and began mailing data breach notification letters to impacted individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
  • Name,
  • Social Security number,
  • Date of birth,
  • Driver’s license or state identification number,
  • Passport or other governmental identification number,
  • Financial account information,
  • Medical information,
  • Health insurance information, and
  • Birth or Marriage certificate
