What Happened?

On February 2, 2025, Rock Solid learned that an unknown actor had gained access to its computer environment. Upon discovery, Rock Solid launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation confirmed that a small number of files containing sensitive personal information were accessed. Rock Solid conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. This review was completed on February 25, 2025. On March 20, 2025, Rock Solid filed a notice with the Attorney General of Montana and began sending out notice letters to impacted individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
  • Name,
  • Social Security number,
  • Driver’s license number,
  • State identification number,
  • Tribal identification number,
  • Account number or credit/debit card number with access credentials,
  • Medical record information,
  • Taxpayer identification number, and
  • IRS-issued identity protection personal identification number
