The investigation determined that the unauthorized access occurred on February 16, 2025, and involved the copying of sensitive files. Endue took immediate steps to secure its systems and initiated a thorough investigation to determine the extent of the breach. Following the review of the compromised files. On April 21, 2025. RAB reported the incident to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and began mailing notification letters to potentially impacted individuals.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
