What Happened?

On December 2, 2024, Perrywinkle’s Fine Jewelry became aware of technical difficulties on its systems and discovered encrypted data as part of an apparent ransomware attack. Upon detection, Perrywinkle’s launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to Perrywinkle’s systems between November 23, 2024, and December 2, 2024. Perrywinkle’s conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On April 4, 2025, Perrywinkle filed a notice with the Attorney General of Massachusetts and began sending notice letters to the impacted individuals.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
