What Happened?

On January 19, 2024, Omni Healthcare became aware of a network disruption that impacted certain systems. Upon discovery, Omni Healthcare took immediate action to address and investigate the event, which included engaging third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that limited information maintained on Omni Healthcare's network may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party between January 18, 2024, and January 19, 2024. Omni Healthcare conducted a comprehensive review of the potentially affected data to determine the type of information contained therein and to whom that information related. On August 28, 2024, Omni Healthcare confirmed that a limited amount of sensitive information may have been contained within the affected data. With the assistance of third-party specialists, Omni Healthcare immediately began working to locate sufficient address information to provide affected individuals with notice. On April 9, 2025, Omni Healthcare filed a notice with the Maine Attorney General’s office with began mailing notice letters to impacted individuals.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
