What Happened?

On March 24, 2025, Nth Degree Investment Group became aware of a security incident on its network environment. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to Nth Degree’s network environment between on or around December 12, 2024 to on or around December 20, 2024. Nth Degree conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On April 14, 2025, Nth Degree identified persons whose sensitive data was included in the impacted data. On April 14, 2025, Nth Degree filed a notice with the Attorney General of Maine and started sending out notice letters to the impacted individuals.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
