What Happened?

On July 3, 2025, MVL discovered suspicious activity in certain systems of its network. The company immediately secured its systems and engaged third-party forensic experts. The investigation determined that between May 30, 2025, and July 3, 2025, an unauthorized actor accessed MVL’s network and downloaded files containing sensitive personal and protected health information. On August 29, 2025, MVL disclosed the breach to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and posted a public notice on its website. MVL is still reviewing the affected files to determine which individuals were impacted. Once that review is complete, MVL will begin mailing notification letters directly to affected individuals.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
