The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party accessed and acquired data from an employee email account between July 2, 2024, and July 8, 2024. On September 18, 2025, Meehan determined that certain personal information was potentially compromised in the breach. On November 22, 2025, Meehan publicly posted a breach notice on its website and began sending data breach notification letters to the impacted individuals on November 19, 2025.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
  • Name;
  • Social Security number;
  • Driver's license or state ID number;
  • Passport number;
  • Financial account information;
  • Payment card information;
  • Date of birth; and
  • Medical information.
