What Happened?

On October 8, 2025, LP Insurance identified persons whose sensitive data was contained in the compromised email accounts and may have been accessed or acquired by an unauthorized party. On or about October 20, 2025, LP Insurance posted a notice of the incident on its website and started sending out notice letters to the impacted individuals

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
  • Full names;
  • Social Security Number;
  • Date of Birth;
  • US Driver License Number;
  • Passport number;
  • Medical information;
  • Health insurance information;
  • Date of Death;
  • Financial account number;
  • Financial account access information; and
  • Electronic signature.
