What Happened?

On February 16, 2025, Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC became aware of a data security incident on a portion of its IT environment. Upon detection, ISC engaged external cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to ISC’s environment between February 16 and February 19, 2025. ISC conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On June 18, 2025, ISC identified those people whose sensitive data was included and began sending out notice letters. On July 3, 2025, ISC filed a notice with the Attorney General of California.

While the information compromised varies depending on the individual, the types of information potentially exposed may include:
  • Name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Social Security Number ;
  • Tax ID number ;
  • Driver’s License number or other Government-issued ID number ;
  • Biometric data (fingerprint image or similar) ; and
  • Medical Information in connection with insurance application or claim. .
