On February 16, 2025, Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC became aware of a data security incident on a portion of its IT environment. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to ISC’s environment between February 16 and February 19, 2025. On June 18, 2025, ISC identified those people whose sensitive data was included and began sending out notice letters. On July 3, 2025, ISC filed a notice with the Attorney General of California.

  • Name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Social Security Number ;
  • Tax ID number ;
  • Driver’s License number or other Government-issued ID number ;
  • Biometric data (fingerprint image or similar) ; and
  • Medical Information in connection with insurance application or claim. .
