On March 18, 2025, MCUSA notified Humana that individuals connected to them were affected. On May 12, 2025, MCUSA reported the incident to Washington Attorney General's office and began sending out notice letters to impacted individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
  • Name;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Health Insurance Policy Number;
  • Medicare Number; and
  • Social Security Number.
