We are interested in speaking with affected individuals about potential claims and available remedies. Heritage has publicly acknowledged a cybersecurity incident that may have resulted in the exposure of certain individuals’ sensitive personal information.

What Happened?

On or about March 2, 2026, Heritage became aware of a security incident involving unauthorized activity within its network. Upon detection, Heritage promptly took steps to contain the incident by securing and isolating affected systems. Heritage also engaged third-party cybersecurity experts to investigate the nature and scope of the incident.

The investigation determined that, on March 1, 2026, an unauthorized party gained access to an internal file share server used in Heritage’s day-to-day operations and copied certain files containing employee and customer data. Following this discovery, Heritage conducted a comprehensive review to determine the extent of the impacted information and identify affected individuals.

Thereafter, on March 20, 2026, Heritage disclosed the breach by filing Form 10-K with the SEC and by posting a public notice on Heritage’s website.

What Information Was Impacted?
