On February 17, 2025, Endue Software became aware of unauthorized access to certain internal computer systems. Upon discovery, Endue immediately secured its systems and launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts. The investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed certain Endue systems for a brief period on February 16, 2025, and copied files containing sensitive personal information. Endue conducted an extensive review of the impacted files to determine what information was involved. On April 11, 2025, Endue made a public disclosure and began sending out notice letters to the affected individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
  • Name,
  • Address,
  • Social Security number,
  • Date of birth, and
  • Medical record number
