Between November 5 and November 11, 2024, Doctors Imaging Group detected suspicious activity on its computer network. The investigation revealed that unknown actors gained unauthorized access to DIG’s systems and copied files from the network during the specified period. Doctors Imaging Group is currently reviewing the impacted files to identify the specific information compromised and the individuals affected. On January 10, 2025, DIG posted a public Notice of Cyber Security Event and began notifying individuals as they are identified.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
