What Is This About?

If you recently received medical care from a provider who used the Doctor Alliance, LLC (“Doctor Alliance”) platform to manage or sign medical documents, we would like to speak with you about your rights and potential legal remedies. It was recently revealed by a third party that Doctor Alliance was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.

What Happened?

On November 7, 2025, a hacker operating under the alias “Kazu” posted a listing on a hacking forum claiming to have exfiltrated 353 GB of data (over 1.2 million files) from Doctor Alliance, LLC. The attacker demanded a $200,000 ransom, threatening to sell the data if not paid by November 21, 2025. The cybercriminal claims to have accessed Doctor Alliance’s systems between October and early November 2025. Sample data shared on the forum and inspected by investigators revealed that the compromised files contain substantial amounts of protected health information. Doctor Alliance has not yet confirmed the breach nor initiated formal notification processes.
