What Happened?

On November 4, 2024, Crown Health Care Laundry Services recently became aware of a security incident on its network. Crown's network security systems detected the intrusion on November 5, 2024, and immediately severed any unauthorized activity. Upon detection, Crown launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. On November 11, 2024, the investigation determined that certain files may have been exposed without authorization. Crown conducted a thorough review of the impacted files, which was completed on December 27, 2024. On March 20, 2025, Crown mailed individual notice letters to impacted individuals where it had valid mailing addresses. Substitute notice is being provided for individuals Crown attempted to notify but could not reach.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
