What Happened?

On July 4, 2025, Consero Global LLC became aware of a security incident in its environment. Upon detection, Consero launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to and possibly acquired certain files and folders within the Consero environment between April 27, 2025, and July 4, 2025. Consero is a service provider to Propeller Industries, a company that offers finance and accounting services. In connection with its processing services for Propeller Industries, Consero had access to certain sensitive information that originated from Propeller. As part of the breach, this information may have been included in the impacted files. On October 23, 2025, Consero began sending notification letters to impacted individuals and on November 14, 2025, filed a notice with the Attorney General of California.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:
  • Name; and
  • Social Security number.
