What Happened?

Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, LLC recently identified unusual activity on some of its systems. Upon detection, PDRI promptly took steps to stop the activity, took certain systems offline, and launched an investigation with the assistance of a cybersecurity firm to determine the nature and scope of the incident. Following a thorough investigation, PDRI determined that certain personal and protected health information may have been compromised in mid-January. PDRI conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On April 7, 2025, PDRI provided written notice of this incident to impacted individuals and filed a notice with the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:

  • Financial account information, and
  • Medical information
