What Happened?

On or around December 10, 2024, ATLAS CPAs & Advisors PLLC became aware of unauthorized activity on its information systems. Upon detection, ATLAS launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cyber security experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party attempted to access ATLAS’s systems and may have obtained certain sensitive personal information. ATLAS conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On March 25, 2025, ATLAS filed a notice with the Attorney General of Massachusetts and began mailing notice letters to impacted individuals.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal information may have been compromised:

  • Financial information
