The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to Aspire’s internal systems from November 4, 2024, to January 6, 2025. Aspire conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and identified affected individuals. On July 18, 2025, Aspire identified persons whose sensitive data was included in the impacted data. On August 20, 2025, Aspire filed a notice with the appropriate government entities and started sending out notice letters to the impacted individuals.

  • Dates of birth;
  • Social Security numbers;
  • Financial account numbers and routing numbers;
  • Medical treatment and diagnosis information;
  • Prescription information;
  • Individual health insurance information;
  • Payment card numbers and access PIN numbers;
  • Payment card expiration dates;
  • Lab results;
  • Provider information;
  • Driver’s license numbers;
  • Password and usernames;
  • Biometric identifiers;
  • Patient identification numbers;
  • Medical record numbers; and
  • Passport numbers.
