What Is This About?

If you recently received a letter or an email from Alternate Solutions Health Network, LLC ("ASHN") informing you that your sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised in a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. ASHN recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.

What Happened?

On or around May 30, 2024, ASHN detected unauthorized access to one of its internal email accounts. Upon discovery, ASHN immediately secured the compromised account and launched a thorough investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts. Following an extensive investigation and manual document review, ASHN determined on February 14, 2025, that certain emails and attachments in the compromised account contained the personal and protected health information of various individuals. On April 14, 2024, ASHN filed a notice with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights and has stated that they are notifying affected individuals.
