Learn About Data Breach & Its Impact on You

What Happened?

In March 2024, ALN Medical Management became aware of suspicious activity related to systems hosted by a third-party service provider. Upon detection, ALN launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation revealed that an unauthorized third party accessed or acquired certain files and folders between March 18, 2024, and March 24, 2024. These files were hosted in a third-party environment, not ALN’s internal systems. ALN conducted an extensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and to identify affected individuals. ALN identified the individuals impacted and began sending out notice letters on March 21, 2025. A public disclosure was made on March 24, 2025.
