What Happened?

On or about September 14, 2024, Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences became aware of a security incident involving unauthorized access to certain systems on its network. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party accessed ACPHS systems between approximately August 31 and September 14, 2024. ACPHS conducted a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised and is in the process of identifying affected individuals. On April 11, 2025, ACPHS issued a public update regarding the ongoing investigation.

Upon information and belief, the following types of sensitive personal and protected health information may have been compromised:
