If you recently received a letter or an email from Union Health System informing you that your sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised in a data breach, you may be entitled to compensation. Union Health System recently disclosed that it was the victim of a data breach that exposed individuals’ sensitive personal and protected health information.

What Happened?

Following investigation and confirmation, Oracle Health/Cerner informed Union Health on March 15, 2025, that unauthorized access to their data migration environment had occurred sometime after January 22, 2025. Union Health received a list of affected patients on March 22, 2025.

Union Health then began sending out notice letters to patients on April 21, 2025. Compensation may be available for those individuals who received notice that their personal information was compromised.
