What Happened?

Quatrro identified a cybersecurity incident impacting its internal network on December 7, 2025. After detecting the issue, the company promptly initiated an investigation and engaged independent cybersecurity specialists to assess the situation and secure its systems.

The investigation later determined that an unauthorized actor had accessed portions of Quatrro’s systems over a period spanning from November 11, 2025 through November 19, 2025, during which certain files were accessed.

Following containment of the incident, Quatrro undertook a detailed review of the affected data to understand the scope of the exposure. This review concluded on February 25, 2026, at which time Quatrro confirmed that sensitive personal information belonging to certain individuals had been compromised.

On March 23, 2026, Quatrro formally disclosed the incident to regulatory authorities, including the Attorneys General of Maine and New Hampshire, and began notifying affected individuals by mail.

What Information Was Impacted?

Based on current information, at least the following categories of sensitive personal information may have been involved:
    • Names;
    • Social Security numbers;
    • Driver’s license numbers;
    • Passport numbers;
    • Payment card details;
    • Financial account information; and
    • Health insurance policy information
