The incident was also reported to the Attorneys General of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont on September 3–4, 2025.

What Information Was Impacted?

Upon information and belief, the sensitive personal information that may have been compromised:
  • Names;
  • Social Security numbers;
  • Social Security numbers;
  • Health insurance information; and
  • Health information.
